Training Week
So this week of training has been great! Getting up at 5:30am everyday was a little rough but my body has gotten used to it and responding well. My training has consisted of swimming 2-3 times per week, running 4 days per week, and on the bike 2 times per week. It has gotten better everyday and feeling really good. This Saturday will be my first sprint distance race since deciding to return to the sport. I have to give special thanks to Jacksonville Running Company, 110% Recovery, Open Road Bikes, Heartland Rehab, and DRC Sports for their support. It is amazing to me how many people are getting behind me on this journey. We will be working on this blog and the website this week to add better content and video. Thanks for checking it out!
